When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a full-time mom, wife, and elementary teacher. (Yep, I live and breathe the energy and joy of kids!)
I grew up a Missouri girl, but my family put down roots here in central Iowa. (Go Chiefs and Hawks!)
We live on an acreage north of Ankeny — a dreamy little corner of the world where I often find inspiration while out on ranger rides with my family.

FAQs
When will I get my photos?
This depends on the season. During quieter times (December through May), you’ll have your gallery in about a week. When things are busier, it can be up to 4 weeks. Some sessions take a bit longer because of the detailed editing involved, but I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based just outside of Cambridge, Iowa, and all full sessions include up to 20 miles of travel (senior sessions include 30). If you’ve got a spot in mind that’s farther out, let’s chat about how we can make it work!
How many photos will I get?
I guarantee a minimum number of images for each session (dig into those details by choosing a session type below), but I’ll always prioritize quality over quantity. My goal is to deliver the photos that really tell your story—the ones that make you smile every time you look at them.
When and how can I book a session?
You can let me know you’d like to book a session right here from my website. Include any details or dates you want to share. Don’t wait—I book a limited number of sessions every month, and my calendar fills up fast!
